Margate Honey

Our jars of honey are like gold dust, possibly one of the most requested and anticipated item of the year. We have a couple of colonies of bees at our Market Garden site, these are predominantly left alone through out the year. We have a small team of volunteers who periodically check in on them and harvest a small amount of honey for us to sell - always dependent on how much has been produced, if there isn't a huge quantity we leave this for the bees to use over the winter months.
